Spa REservations

We recommend scheduling spa appointments with our Concierge prior to arrival to ensure the time and service you desire.  Based on availability, we will do our best to accommodate guest walk-ins.

A credit card number is required at the time of scheduling all services to hold your personal reservation.  Gift card verification will suffice for holding a reservation if the balance is equivalent to services booked.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, gift cards, and cash as payment for goods and services.

Requests

Please voice any special requests to our Concierge, including a specific technician or gender specific therapist, upon booking your spa treatment, in order to ensure your preferences are accommodated. 

Please inform us if you have any medical considerations, including pregnancy.   Kindly bring a physician’s letter of approval if you have a serious medical condition that may be contraindicative to spa services.  We request all first-time guests to complete a brief client intake form to be kept on file before spa treatments are administered.

Arrival

To provide ample time for relaxation and indulgence, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  As a courtesy to other guests, late arrivals will still end on time and the full service rate will apply. 

Upon check-in, you will receive a spa robe, slippers, and secured locker to use during your visit.  We offer our guests fine tea sachets, blended spa waters, and light refreshments for enjoyment in our cozy spa relaxation lounge.

Regrets & Cancellations

Spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you.  Please notify our Concierge at least 24 hours before your scheduled single service appointment and 48 hours before a spa package (two or more services) if you need to cancel or reschedule.  The credit card or gift card on file will be charged 50% of the reserved services should the rescheduling or cancellation of services occur without proper notification.  Failure to show for appointments will result in 100% charge for reserved services.  A 72 hour cancellation policy is in effect for all group parties.

Wine & gourmet delectables

For your enjoyment, we market a variety of exceptional wine, appetizers, and desserts.  Our Concierge will acquaint you with our daily specialties upon your arrival.

Gift Cards & Retail Goods

For any occasion, give the unique experience of a day at Burgundy Moon Spa & Winehouse, where the art of relaxation ... comes of age.  Gift cards are available in any denomination via phone at (704) 896-1614 or 1-877-49-RELAX or on-line at www.burgundymoon.com.  For impressive elegance, add the customized Bed of Roses service, and we’ll shower that special someone’s treatment table with fragrant rose petals and a personalized note from you.

Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced by the spa.

Pricing & Gratuities

Prices are subject to change without prior notification.  Our Concierge will provide details on upgrades available with series packaging for any treatment you desire.  Gratuities are not included in service pricing.  Gratuities, awarded at your discretion, are always appreciated and reflect a favorable spa experience.  Gratuity envelopes are provided at the Concierge desk for your convenience.

Safety & Comfort

Smoking           

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa facility.

Alcohol    

Due to certain contraindications, we adhere to a strict one glass maximum of wine consumption PRIOR to any massage, facial, body, or hydrotherapy service, or any treatment utilizing steam.  Anyone requesting alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years of age, and present a valid form of identification.   

Children   

We love children, as they are our spa patrons of the future.  Until that time comes, children under the age of 13 are prohibited in the spa, due to the nature of our business.  An adult must accompany young adults between the ages of 13 and 17 at all times, and proper written authorization may be required.

Cell phones, Pagers, & Laptops

To preserve the tranquil environment and in respect of other guests, cell phones, pagers, and laptops are strictly prohibited in the spa relaxation lounge and treatment rooms.  These devices are welcome in the winehouse and patio of the facility, as we offer our guests complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Valuables   

Please leave all valuables, including jewelry, at home or locked in your personal locker.  Burgundy Moon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Draping during Services

Undergarments are not necessary for spa services.  Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.  Our service providers are trained to respect your privacy using sheets and towels to professionally drape you at all times.
