Spa REservations
Spa and fitness appointments are required prior to arrival to ensure the time and service or class you desire. (Fitness classes require 24 hour advance notice.)
A credit card number is required at the time of scheduling all services to hold your personal reservation. We accept most major credit and debit cards, gift cards, and cash as payment for goods and services.
Requests
Please voice any special requests to our Concierge, including a specific technician or gender specific therapist, upon booking your spa treatment, in order to ensure your preferences are accommodated.
Please inform us if you have any medical considerations, including pregnancy. Kindly bring a physician’s letter of approval if you have a serious medical condition that may be contraindicative to spa services. We require all first-time guests to complete a brief confidential intake form to be kept on file before any spa treatments are administered.
Arrival
To provide ample time for relaxation and indulgence, please arrive at least twenty (20) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you choose to purchase a Spa VIP Pass, this will provide enough time to change into a robe and slippers, and store your belongings in a private locker. As a courtesy to other guests and our team, late arrivals will still end on time and the full service rate will apply.
Regrets & Cancellations
Spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you. Due to the nature of this time-sensitive business, last minute rescheduling, cancellations, or no show appointments prevent our team from rebooking the original time reserved for you, resulting in loss as payment for contracted services is still rendered. Therefore, we adhere to a fair rescheduling and cancellation policy outlined as follows:
- Twenty-four (24) Hour Notification for Single Services
- Forty-eight (48) Hour Notification for Two or More Services
Groups require additional rescheduling and cancellation notification, and will be set by the Events Director. An automated 50% service charge will be applied to the credit card or gift card given at the time of reservation should insufficient notification occur. Failure to show for appointments will result in an automated 100% charge for reserved services. Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to rescheduling and cancellation fees. Thank you for your understanding and courtesy towards other guests and our team.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service or membership pricing. Gratuities, awarded at your discretion, are always appreciated and reflect a favorable spa experience. For reference only, the customary rate in this industry is 15-20% of the service price. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the Concierge desk for cash gratuities.
Gift Cards & instant online gift certificates
Gift cards/certificates are available in any dollar denomination and adhere to state and federal expiration guidelines of five (5) years when applicable, or unless otherwise stated. Burgundy Moon Spa & Winehouse gift cards/certificates are redeemable towards spa services, boutique merchandise, studio classes, and wine, and can be purchased online at www.burgundymoon.com or on location. Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, nor can be used to purchase additional gift cards/certificates. Lost or stolen gift cards/certificates are not re-issued.
Children
We love children as they are our spa patrons of the future. Until that time comes, children under the age of 13 years old are strictly prohibited in the spa due to the nature of our business, liability, safety, and as a courtesy to other guests. Teens of 13 -15 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times and adult signature authorization is required. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in forfeiture of services and the full rate will apply.
ALCOHOL
For your enjoyment, we market a variety of exceptional wines from around the globe, by the glass or bottle. We adhere to a strict one (1) glass maximum of wine consumption PRIOR to any spa service. Anyone requesting alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years of age, and present a valid and recognizable form of identification. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Cell Phones, Laptops & Similar Devices
To preserve the tranquil spa environment, protect the rights of other guests to relax, and as a courtesy to our team, CELL PHONES, LAPTOPS, AND SIMILAR DEVICES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE SPA, NAIL, AND STUDIO AREAS, AND MUST BE COMPLETELY TURNED OFF. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in forfeiture of services and the full rate will apply, and guests will be asked to leave restricted areas immediately. These items are welcome in the winehouse and patio area of the facility, as we offer our guests complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Please leave all valuables at home as Burgundy Moon Spa & Winehouse is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Draping During Services
Undergarments are not neccessary for massage, body, or facial services, however please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Our licensed therapists are trained to respect your privacy using sheets and towels to professionally drape you at all times.
Pricing & Promotions
Prices are subject to change without prior notification, and Burgundy Moon Spa & Winehouse reserves the right to decline past promotional offers.
